I am going to talk about the spicy food in China today. The spicy food
we often eat is the ginger and the red pepper.
Spicy food in China is being cut in three parts: North, middle and south.
Hunan, Hubei is OK with every
spicy foods; Chongqing, Sichuan is spicy hot. Only Shanxi loves the only spicy
food.
Is spicy food good
or bad? Some people love spicy food very much and they will eat it three meals
a day. Is this good? Experts said there are advantages and disadvantage for the
spicy foods.
So, let’s talk
about the disadvantages of the spicy food first: The expert say China is too
big, so Chinese people’s physiques are not all the same, so the people in the
north are not able to eat a lot of spicy things, and hot peppers. But the
people in the south of China are able to eat a lot of spicy things. Peppers are
good for your eating and weight loss. Also if you eat spicy food every day then,
it’s not good and health for your stomach.
Here are the
advantages of the spicy food: If we eat spicy food in winter, it will be very
good and very nice, because the spicy food gives us warmth so we will not feel as
cold as before we ate them.
Here is some
information I found from the Internet: Adding chilies to meals may stop the cholesterol
getting bigger in your blood.
And regularly eating the spicy foods we
will not often need the insulin, sometimes it may stop the diabetes happen and prevention.

回复删除Yeah. I do love spicy food but too much like Indian curry or some unknown chinese food. However, I love Chinese hot pot. I do not know the name properly in Chinese but if there is a chance, please go and try Chinese hot pot in China town or somewhere. Hot pot is sooo good for this winter
